Investment Philosophy

To invest in and hold physical stocks of limited production, superior quality wines of very good to outstanding vintages from the Bordeaux wine region of France. Diversification is achieved by investing in a selection of producers and vintages and a proprietary model is employed to select wines considered most likely to increase in price over the term of the investment.

Wines are held in secure, professional wine storage facilities in UK government bonded warehousing and are insured at market value (subject to policy terms).

Regulation: the Fund is an unregulated collective investment scheme as defined in FSMA (Promotion of Collective Investment Schemes) (Exemptions) Order 2001 (the “Order”) and may not be marketed to the general public in the UK and can only be marketed in the UK to certain categories of person, under certain circumstances. If you are considering investing in The Wine Investment Fund you are recommended to immediately seek your own financial advice from a stockbroker, solicitor, accountant or other independent advisor who specialises in advising on the acquisition of investments of the type described in this website.
